Shipping Policy

Everything at Bridle Besties is printed to order, just for you, by our US-based print partners. That means no warehouse full of unsold shirts, but it also means a short wait while your order is made.

Production time

Apparel, hats and bags: 2 to 5 business days. Stickers and mugs: 1 to 3 business days. You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

Shipping time (United States)

Standard shipping is $8 and typically takes 3 to 7 business days after production. Orders of $70 or more ship free within the US. Express shipping ($15) is available at checkout.

Holiday ordering

For delivery before December 25, please order by December 10 (standard) or December 15 (express). We will post any updated cutoff dates on the homepage as the season gets closer.

International

We ship to Canada, the UK, EU and Australia. Delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days after production. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Multiple items

Different products are sometimes made at different facilities, so your order may arrive in more than one package. You will only be charged shipping once.
